Read my story please?!?

Im seriously getting annoyed with this guy ive been knowing since last year.Last year we had two cles together this year we have two cles together.This event really made me think he was into me:Okay so haggin out at the computerlab/diner.So he offers to buy me chic-fa-la(how ever you spell it).So were walking down the stairs and he all of a sudden holds my hand while we're walking down and then i drop my phone and i let go and he puts his arm around my neck.This happened last week:he was layin down face to the ceiling and he calls my name making the k sound long.i sit down but my attention is on the teacher then all of a sudden you moves my face towards him and i was like "what?" he was like "nothing" then he says something like youre my bestfriend or something like that.Alot of people have asked me if i was going out with him.But its always no.But heres the thing he has a girlfriend...Its just like hes just filling me up and i always crash.I try not to make it obvious i even try to avoid him but hes always like "whats wrong?" and i always use an excuse like "oh nothing,its a monday"but then i end up looking like i want his attention!thats not what i want.oh and when he got a new girlfriend he began to text in cl and say nothing to me.i would text him and play around and say:"stop texting" but he is like "no" and im like "okay" and when that happened i wanted to hide bc i was just soo confused.and always when we were in the computer lab i got my ipod out and we played truth or dare the dare was give a person in the room a peck on the check,he didnt.he tells me he loves me and of course i say it back,i asked him do you mean it?and he was like yes.he even remembered when he told me but that was when i made a joke and he was like "hahahah,i love you,jade,youre awesome"Tell me the truth when you answer this please.this might be super confusing and alot of typos..its only because im too confused to type it.i just wanted to show the signs.
