Azithromycin is it safe for me? Hlp Plz?

I am allergic to erythromycin and macrobid, and mostly everything else under the prescribed medicinal sun. My question is..Is it safe to take Azithromycin for bronchitis? I need fast answers because I want to take it real soon if I can since I feel like do right now lol. Thanks
