wow, you just described me in a nut shell. i had the same symptoms and it turns out i have lupus SLE. i am not trying to scare you, but doctor's mis diagnosed me for a year. you might need to check with an actual lupus specialist. there are no specific tests out there that can detect lupus for sure, that is why it is so hard to pin point. but you need to find out now and not later. lupus is a horrible disease. if you can afford it, go see a lupus specialist and tell them all your symptoms. and make sure it is a doctor familiar with lupus. good luck sweetie :)
