The House and Senate sent Obama another $37 Billion for war. When will the Bush-Obama blank check ever end?

In all honesty, I defend President Obama about most issues. However, I am very disappointed we are still fighting one war with a long exit strategy and another with no definition of success. I think Obama was afraid the republicants would attack him if he acted "soft" in war so he bought into the horseshit fed by the military industrial complex.
