Question for college students- Have you ever had a professor like this?

I've hated this cl ever since winter quarter began...now the final essay is due tomorrow and she didn't even give us a rubric or anything. Isn't it normal for professors to give you a guide saying what they want and stuff? She didn't give us a sheet on the midterm essay either...I'm kind of at a loss as to what to write about... Is this a bad professor or is this normal?
