If i buy a iphone do i have to buy internet?

unfortunately you do have to pay a $30 fee for data usage and i don't think there's any way out of it. i have one myself though and the 30 dollars a month is WELL worth it! absolutely great phone! (and yeah the app store requires internet unless you buy them off itunes.)
