Why do you think anything exists?

such a beautiful world full of joy, opportunity and prosperity. okay just kidding, what creator in their right mind allows poverty, war, diseases, and the destruction of billions of beings and why? Why create and let continue to exist a human race? What was so bad about dinosaurs? Why not let it all be just a animal kingdom where its not about social cl but about hunting? whats so cool about letting a innocent baby be born with HIV? why have so many innocent hard working people try their best only to always have nothing in life and die off in the most gruesome of ways? Why let exist any cancer that can kill any being at any time?
