You can answer this yourself, by looking at pictures of each celebrity, and looking at their hairstyles. If they have full, waved hair like Miley Cyrus, then no, they have very thick hair, because thin hair couldn't get that kind of volume. Do they have layered hairstyles like Selena Gomez?
