Im 5.4 and i weigh 60 kilos...on a diet.?
im a female, im 5.4 and i weigh 60 kilo..i wieghed 84 kilos this time last year..but i started a diet..nowadays..i run on the treadmill twice a day for 41 minutes each so that 122 minutes a day..and my speed is 8.5 mph..so its basically running not jogging, i eat 30 grams of bran flakes in morning and i just have a tuna sandwich, brown toast for dinner, no lunch however i eat a lot of fruit especially apples..but these days ive stopped losing weight..and its really getting to me becasue most of the time im starving, i dont eat hardly no bread or meat or junk.. i excersie everyday witout fail so this is really puzzling..is this normal..if not..what can i do to lose more weight??
