How to get tibet civil rights and who do i direct it too?

im doing my first thesis paper and wanted to do it on the tibet issue. its a challeging topic and hopefully i can read it the cl and they might learn something. i saw a doentary on the cry of the snow lion and was sadden and touched. i want to write a paper on how to get civil rights for tibet but am having trouble with who ti direct it too, like my audience. and stuff. remember this is my first thesis paper. any suggestions> or does anyone know how i can get in contact with someone with org of tibet helping them?
