How To Count Calories Effectively?

i know chicken has 100cals per 3oz and 21g protien that i do know peanut er 190cals u can try www.dietfacts.com or the one pat said ur diet isnt 1200cals from what i can tell breakfast 400cals if it's 1 slice of bread and rest id say around 2400-2600cals as a total...not 1200cals yea and id say invest in a scale for food they arent that expensive if u really wanna count ur cals
