It's probably just dominance. When you feed, the largest (most dominant one) eats first, and that little tiny one is probably the lowest on the pecking order, so he doesn't get much food. He probably gets picked on, too. Do you feed frozen? If so, thaw it out in a cup and then pour it across the top of the tank, so it disperses and everyone gets to eat.
